Turn from the Vail South Frontage Road onto Westhaven Drive and take an IMMEDIATE right (50 yards) into the upper, surface-level parking lot.
Look for the Vail Physical Therapy sign and yellow posts entering the small parking lot. Park in the lot within the designated spaces.
If you are driving down the hill toward the covered walkway and the Grand Hyatt, you have gone too far!
Do not park in the covered parking structures. There is no longer entrance through any door or elevator from below.

Park in a designated space in the upper parking lot.
Use the entry door to the left of the garage door and walk along the windows and Axe Throwing area through the garage to enter the far door to the building and the clinic.
