What to Expect at your First Visit
When you call to schedule an appointment, we will gather demographic details and assist in scheduling you with a provider. W will send you a secure email from OptimisPT to fill out the encrypted Patient Portal. You will be able to provide pertinent medical information regarding your health history, including surgeries and medications. This is a great option because it minimizes time and paperwork to be competed in the office and gives your provider additional time to spend with you.
You will receive THREE emails leading up to your First Appointment: Patient Portal Invitation to be completed, Uploading of your insurance card and ID card, and Directions to the clinic. You will also receive an email and/or text reminder (your choice) 24 hours before your appointment time.
