Pia Jacobs, Front Desk Receptionist

Pia Jacobs was born and raised in Sterling IL.  She has six siblings and belongs to one of two sets of twins.  She grew up actively participating in many sports, including gymnastics, basketball, and running.  Pia has been a runner since 1988, six years of which were competitive.  She is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelors of Arts degree.

Pia worked as a case manager with Lee County Council on Aging for three years helping elderly clients on a one-on-one basis.  Before migrating to the Vail Valley, she worked with CBA Insurance Company for two years as a receptionist.

Pia has lived in Vail Valley since 2001.  In that time, she has worked for Colorado Mountain Medical handling all medical record duties, and was a nanny to two families.  She is currently the rock-star receptionist for Vail Sports Medicine Physical Therapy, where she has been since March of 2004. 

Pia and husband Rodney have two children (Jack Russell Terriers) named Lilo and Oscar.  She and her husband enjoy skiing, running, reading, drawing, painting, and playing ball with Oscar (Lilo sunbathes at this time). 

She is the voice of VSMPT and is always here to help, whether making an appointment or answering questions regarding billing or insurance.
